Register with our practice
Patients wishing to register with our Surgery will need to complete a registration form, which you can download or request from one of our Receptionists.
Our patients are able to order repeat prescription items online. These items are listed on the right hand side of your repeat prescription computer slip.

Centralised Administration Team
Spirit Primary Care have a new department to support our 3 Leicester GP Practices. The new team, known as the Centralised Administration Team, will look after all the behind the scenes work such as processing letters and contacting patients in relation to messages from the GPs. We aim to help the teams in the surgery concentrate on patients who require GP attention. We hope this helps provide you, our patient, with an even better service!
