Therefore please continue to request your normal monthly medicines.&nbsp; Any requests for more than one month will be declined.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The online repeat prescription system, SystmOnline, can be accessed below or through the SystmOnline smartphone app.&nbsp; To use this service, please ensure that you have requested and collected your password in person, with identification, from a member of our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/systmonline.tpp-uk.com\/Login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"402\" height=\"169\" src=\"http:\/\/www.asquithsurgery.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/systmone-2.jpg\" alt=\"SystmOnline\" class=\"wp-image-1313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asquithsurgery.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/systmone-2.jpg 402w, https:\/\/www.asquithsurgery.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/systmone-2-300x126.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 402px) 100vw, 402px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repeat Prescriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer a <em><strong>2 working-day <\/strong><\/em>service for repeat prescriptions.&nbsp; Please make your request in writing (preferably using the slip attached to your last prescription where you can indicate which medication is required).&nbsp; You can make your requests in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>By Post<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By email \u2013 <a href=\"mailto:asquith.surgery@nhs.net\">asquith.surgery@nhs.net<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online (see below)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By dropping it through the letterbox located underneath the reception window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please make clear on your request if you would like to collect your prescription from one of the local pharmacies and allow an extra 24 hours.&nbsp; If you do not indicate a preference we will assume that you wish to collect it from the surgery reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, you can order online via the link at the top of this page. Patients simply register by presenting themselves to reception with photo ID which staff will use to set up your username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please note that we do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Online<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can contact the surgery and register for our online ordering system. Once registered you can access the system via the link at the top of this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medication Reviews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are on repeat medication and you are due a review of this medication. You can also do this on the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/asquithsurgery.webgp.com\/\">E Consult platform<\/a><\/strong>. You can use this via the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/nhs-app\/\">NHS App<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please use the \u201cReviews for long term conditions, medication or contraception\u2019 form and fill in as much information as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This information will then be passed to a Doctor or Pharmacist who will advise whether you need an appointment, blood test or whether they have been able to complete the medication review using the information you have provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new system, will allow us to arrange the most appropriate appointment for you. We aim to respond to your request by the end of the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are unable to use the internet for whatever reason, please still call the surgery on 0116 323 2000. Please be aware the PSA \/ Receptionists will still have to complete a form for the triage team so you may be asked more questions that normal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NHS prescription charge is a flat-rate amount which successive Governments have thought it reasonable to charge. Prescription prepayment certificates (PPCs) offer real savings for people who need extensive medication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NHS charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>These charges apply in England only.
